Seasoned performer Grace Campbell delivers another slick show about feeling out of place and coming into her own. She mines the same themes that she’s explored in much of her work- gender dynamics and the highs and lows of a girl-about-town’s love life. She’s one of the best around at dropping a slow burn one-liner, and she’s one of those comedians who comes across like they’re more at home on the stage than out in the real world.Â
Her crowd work is spot on, and she’s vulnerable, honest, political, and just plain funny about sex all at the same time. She’s always got some good bits about her famous dad and how her mum manages the family. Always worth a look.Â
