Aries Cheese: Riverine Blue.
Aries Match: This cheese aligns with the character of Aries with its lively spirit and the boldness of making a blue cheese with Buffalo Milk.

A blue cheese from the maker of the some of the best blues in Australia, Barry Charlton. This is a light, milky blue with a savoury finish. The buffalo milk adds a lush creaminess to the paste. The distinctive blue veins contrasting with the ivory colour of the cheese in very 2026 colours.
Aries Destiny for 2026 if you eat the right cheese: Saturn and Neptune are heading into your sign which means you’re still focussed on what you want, but you are being more selective and with the right cheese to calm you down not getting into so many fights.
Taurus (Apr20-May20)
Taurus Cheese: Parmigiano Reggiano.

Gemini Cheese: Raclette
Gemini Match: This cheese is highly sociable… grilling Raclette in a group of friends leads to fun times and goodness knows what else.

Made by Chris Vogel in Western Australia with thermised cows milk, this is a particularly good raclette. Chris’s dad migrated to Australia from Switzerland in the 1960s. Chris himself spent 10 years learning the craft and studying in Switzerland before returning to make cheese here.
Milk is sourced from neighbouring farms with using robotic dairy – allowing cows to be milked up to 4 times a day, when they choose.

When Frank Marchand originally set up Heidi Farm, he created 3 cheeses; Gruyere, Raclette and Tilsit. Now being produced out of Burnie, Heidi Tilsit is still a crowd pleaser. With a supple texture it is sweet and milky with a lovely nutty finish.

Leo Cheese: Fleur du Maquis
Leo Match: Fleur du maquis is charismatic and confident and always steals the show, just like the lions in our lives.

Fleur du Maquis is covered in the herbs from the island of Corsica; a mix of bay, thyme, rosemary, savory and also the native Maquis herbs. A pudgy sheep cheese which is springy and mild when young, it ages and grows a natural flora of mottled moulds, which creates a crust in which the herbs are embedded- the flavour of which intensifies intensifies along with the spices.

This is a widely available goat cheese, one of the best products on the market in Australia – light and lemony with a lovely creamy texture.

Roquefort is possibly one of the most famous cheeses. It takes is name from the area in which it is produced, and it was the first cheese to receive an AOC denomination in 1925. It must be made with raw ewes milk (breed of Lacaune) from the region, and matured in the local limestone caves that have natural ventilation. The flavour is strong, but the texture is like eating a cloud.

Milawa Cheese Company was founded in 1988 by David and Ann Brown. This is one of the first hand-made washed-rind cheeses made in Australia and it is an Australian classic. Perfect in a sandwich or melted over potatoes. Flavours are savoury, milky and it has a strong aroma, but the bark is worse than the bite.

Capricorn Cheese: Comté
Capricorn Match: Comté is as patient as they come and gets better with age while pretending to always be serious.

It takes 500L of milk to make one wheel of Comté. This is made in copper vats to a strict recipe that was awarded AOC status in 1958. It is also the most eaten cheese in France. Released as young as 6months and aged for up to 48months, each season and age will bring about different flavours.
Capricorn Destiny for 2026 if you eat the right cheese: There’s something about surprises, chance encounters, destiny and love at first sight. That might just be for a cheese in the fridge, but if you eat enough it seems likely you’re about to meet the love of your life.
Aquarius (Jan20-Feb18)
Aquarius Cheese: Robiola
Aquarius Match: Robiola is innovative and unconventional with mixed milk and a hot-ugly wrinkly rind and exactly what a mermaid would eat.

This is one special cheese. Cow, sheep and goat milk goes into it. A bloomy rind is created using geotrichum (the wrinkly white mould) for ripening. When it is young it is a bit acidic and lemony fresh, and when it ripens it gets soft with oozy pockets and has a texture like melting ice cream.
Aquarius Destiny for 2026 if you eat the right cheese: This is the time for you to take some me- time, prioritise health, learn about different spa treatments- maybe even try the ancient cheese whole body wrap known through millennia to cure all ills. Pisces Cheese: Goat milk Tomme.
Pisces Match: We chose this match as it is gentle and artistic, just like the creative whimsical Pisceans we know, with a natural rind.

This is a natural rinded Tomme cheese. It is mild, sweet and supple in texture. Tomme- style cheeses are prevalent in Europe. They are simple pressed curd cheeses that allow milk to be preserved for the leaner months. This one is selected and ripened by Mons Affineurs based just outside of Lyon.
Pisces Destiny for 2026 if you eat the right cheese: Last year was hard work and now it’s about having fun. Relationships might be more casual than hypnotic, but there’ll be lots of them.
